Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Specific delivery times are not guaranteed unless the customer has purchased and paid for our timed delivery service. A delivery fee applies to each delivery attempt. If an order cannot be delivered, it may be left at the delivery location when appropriate, or returned to our store at the customer’s request. If an order is returned to the store and a second delivery attempt is requested, an additional delivery fee will apply.

We stand behind the quality and freshness of our flowers and offer a 48-hour quality guarantee beginning at the time of delivery or pick-up.
If you are not satisfied with your floral arrangement, please return the arrangement to our store within 48 hours of the original delivery or pick-up time. Upon inspection, we will exchange the arrangement for another floral product of equal or similar value.
This guarantee applies only to arrangements returned within the 48-hour guarantee period.
